By accessing or using the services of Rynos Lawn Maintenance ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Rynos Lawn Maintenance provides lawn care, landscaping, and related services in Clackamas and the greater Portland metro area. Services include but are not limited to: lawn mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, landscaping design and installation, seasonal cleanup, and irrigation services. Service schedules and specific work to be performed will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Payment is due upon completion of one-time services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) may be applied to accounts overdue by more than 30 days. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice for ongoing contracts.
For one-time services, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. For ongoing maintenance contracts, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply for ongoing contracts cancelled with proper notice. Services already performed are non-refundable.
Rynos Lawn Maintenance is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other items not visible during normal operations unless such damage results from our negligence. Clients are responsible for marking or notifying us of any underground utilities, sprinkler heads, or other items that may be damaged during service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring we have safe and unobstructed access to the property. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and removing obstacles from work areas. If we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstacles, the service may be skipped and regular charges will still apply. We are not responsible for damage to gates, fences, or other access points that must be opened or moved to provide service.
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, including excessive rain, snow, or extreme temperatures. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services as soon as conditions permit. No charges apply for weather-related cancellations. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, or material shortages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For ongoing service contracts, material changes will be communicated in writing with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
